With over 40 years in the electrical industry, Joe Navejas Jr. has built a career defined by expertise, leadership, and vision. In 2011, he founded Navejas Electric with a mission to create more than just an electrical contracting company. He set out to establish a trusted, family-owned business that empowers clients, supports employees, and strengthens the Central Texas community.
As Managing Partner, Joe continues to guide the company’s growth while inspiring future leaders. His commitment to excellence, safety, and integrity has made Navejas Electric a respected name, leaving a legacy of opportunity, service, and lasting impact.

With over 20 years in the electrical industry, Joe Navejas III has built his career on technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to excellence. Beginning as an apprentice and advancing through journeyman, foreman, and project manager roles, he gained extensive knowledge in electrical systems, safety, and large-scale project delivery. In 2011, he joined Navejas Electric as Senior Project Manager and Estimator, leading complex commercial and industrial projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Now as Managing Partner, Joe oversees operations, drives business strategy, and ensures projects meet the highest standards while guiding the company’s continued growth.

With over 20 years in the electrical industry, Jesse Navejas has built his career on technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to quality. Starting as an apprentice and moving through journeyman, pre-planner, and project manager roles, he developed expertise in electrical systems, safety, and large-scale project coordination.
In 2014, he joined Navejas Electric as Project Manager and Estimator, helping the company expand its client base while maintaining a reputation for reliability and excellence. Now as Managing Partner, Jesse oversees operations, guides business strategy, and strengthens client and vendor relationships while driving growth with vision and innovation.

Oralia Navejas plays a vital role in keeping Navejas Electric running with consistency and care. Her background in quality inspection and security compliance gives her a sharp eye for detail, which she applies to operations, finances, and overall business growth. She also manages human resources, from recruitment and employee support to policies that encourage a strong workplace culture and long-term success.
As Managing Partner, Oralia directs the systems and structures that keep projects organized and efficient. Her steady leadership and focus on people ensure the company delivers reliable results while supporting both employees and clients.
